The Mountaineer Park HBPA's mission is to foster a healthy economic and legislative climate, preserve the rights of its members and promote the sport of Thoroughbred Racing in West Virginia.

The Mountaineer Park HBPA is dedicated to protecting the rights and providing assistance to Thoroughbred racehorse owners and Trainers through a variety of programs. Information on our Medical Trust, Retirement Program and Chaplaincy as well as forms owners and trainers request every day are easily accessible here or by visiting our office.

We are working hard to ensure that our members remain informed on issues affecting the racing community. This updated website with additional links as well as our newsletter will help to open the lines of communication.
